Halloween is one of the best days of the year for free and discounted food, with restaurants and dessert shops across the country handing out treats to costumed kids. Andy’s Frozen Custard is joining the tradition in October 2026 with a freebie aimed squarely at families: a free one-topping sundae for costumed kids on Halloween night.
Andy’s is known for its frozen custard treats, and a one-topping sundae is a classic way to experience the menu. For parents mapping out a trick-or-treat route, building in a stop at Andy’s on October 31 turns the evening into a full outing: candy from the neighborhood, plus a frozen custard break before heading home.
Free Kids Sundae Details
The offer is straightforward. On October 31 only, kids ages 12 and under who visit Andy’s Frozen Custard in costume get a free one-topping sundae. There is no purchase required as reported, and the deal was listed in the Passion for Savings Halloween deals roundup, which tracks seasonal restaurant offers each year.
| Deal Item | Price | Validity |
|---|---|---|
| Kids one-topping sundae (ages 12 and under, in costume) | Free | October 31, 2026 only |
The two conditions are the age cutoff and the costume. Kids must be 12 or younger, and they need to be dressed up, which fits the Halloween spirit of the promotion. The sundae includes one topping, so your child can pick their favorite to go with the frozen custard base.
Because this is a one-day offer, timing is everything. Unlike promotions that run all month, the Andy’s free sundae is only available on Halloween itself, so it works best as part of your October 31 plans rather than a trip you can make any weekend.
How to Claim
Dress your child in their Halloween costume and visit a participating Andy’s Frozen Custard on October 31. Let the staff know you are there for the Halloween free kids sundae offer, and your child can choose their one topping. It is a good idea to confirm your local Andy’s is participating before you go, since seasonal offers can vary by location.
Because Halloween evening is busy, consider going earlier in the day if your schedule allows, especially with younger kids. An afternoon stop avoids the late-night rush and still leaves the evening free for trick-or-treating.
Terms and Exclusions
The free sundae is limited to kids ages 12 and under, and a costume is required. The offer is valid on October 31, 2026 only; it is not available on any other day in October. The freebie covers a one-topping sundae, so extra toppings beyond the first are not included as reported.
As with most one-day restaurant promotions, participation may vary by location. Adults and teens over 12 do not qualify for the free sundae. No coupon or app is mentioned in the reported terms, but it never hurts to double-check with your local shop.
