Baskin-Robbins 31% Off Scoops on Halloween (October 2026)
Halloween night is about to get a whole lot sweeter. Baskin-Robbins is bringing back its beloved Celebrate 31 tradition, and this year the deal lands right on October 31st: rewards members get 31% off all regular and kid-sized scoops in-store. If you have been waiting for an excuse to make ice cream part of your trick-or-treat route, this is it.
The details come straight from the official Baskin-Robbins Celebrate 31 page. The headline offer is a one-day event on Halloween itself, but there is more going on this month than the single-day discount. National ice cream deal coverage this week has been spotlighting seasonal promotions from the big chains, and Baskin-Robbins is stacking a handful of limited-time offers that run all the way through October 31st. Think of it this way: the scoop discount is your Halloween-night treat run, and the rest of the offers are there to keep the freezer-friendly savings rolling through the final week of the month.

How to Claim
- Join Baskin-Robbins Rewards if you have not already. The scoop discount, the Mix and Match bundle, and the Polar Pizza deal all require rewards membership. Signing up is free through the Baskin-Robbins app or website, and your account is what unlocks the offers at the counter.
- On Halloween night, head into your local shop. The 31% off regular and kid-sized scoops applies to in-store purchases on 10/31/26 only. Make sure you are logged into your rewards account or have it ready when you order, since delivery orders do not qualify for this one.
- Grab the Mix and Match Treats before the 31st. For $15 you can pick any 3 items from double scoops, small smoothies, small Mangonadas, and Creature Creations. This is a rewards-only bundle, and it runs through 10/31/26, so you have the whole week leading into Halloween to take advantage.
- Take 20% off a Polar Pizza through October 31st. Another rewards-member perk: the ice cream pizza gets a 20% discount all month, so it is a solid choice if you are feeding a crowd on Halloween night itself.
- Stock the freezer with the quart deal. For app and online orders, buy one pre-packed quart and get the second one 50% off by applying code CELEBRATE31 at checkout. It is marked as limited time, so do not sit on it if you want the discount.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a Baskin-Robbins Rewards account to get 31% off on Halloween?
Yes. The Celebrate 31 scoop discount is a rewards-member exclusive, so you will need a free Baskin-Robbins Rewards account to qualify. Sign up in the app or on the Baskin-Robbins website before October 31st to make sure you are ready at the counter.
What exactly is excluded from the 31% off scoop deal?
Waffle cones, toppings, and sundaes are not included in the 31% off offer. The discount applies to regular and kid-sized scoops. Delivery orders are also excluded, so plan to order in-store.
What is in the $15 Mix and Match Treats bundle?
You choose any 3 items from a list that includes double scoops, small smoothies, small Mangonadas, and Creature Creations. The bundle is available to rewards members through 10/31/26.
How does the Pre-Packed Quarts BOGO work?
When you order a pre-packed quart through the Baskin-Robbins app or website, apply the code CELEBRATE31 at checkout and you will get a second pre-packed quart at 50% off. This offer is limited to app and online orders and is available for a limited time.
Can I combine the scoop discount with the quart BOGO on Halloween?
These are separate offers with separate channels: the 31% off scoops is an in-store, rewards-only, one-day deal on 10/31/26, while the quart BOGO is for app and online orders. As with any promotion, you generally cannot stack discounts on the same item, so treat them as two ways to save, depending on how you order.
Halloween night is busy enough without overpaying for dessert. The Celebrate 31 scoop discount is one of the simplest ice cream deals of the season: walk in, show your rewards account, and get 31% off your scoops on October 31st. If you are planning ahead for a party, the Mix and Match bundle and the Polar Pizza deal stretch the savings through the end of the month, and the quart BOGO lets you bring the flavors home. Check the official Baskin-Robbins Celebrate 31 page for the latest details, then mark your calendar for Halloween night.
